so still working on building up the tbi 305 in my truck a little bit and i seen the sticky about converting tbi harness to speed density tuned port and it just so happens i have some left over tune port parts so i thought it would be cool to have tpi on my truck but i have a few questions.

1. I have the lower and upper intake, throttle body and all the sensors that go in the intake, the fuel rails and injectors and the maf sensor off a 88 305 iroc. My question is how do i use a map sensor instead of a maf? Can i use my map sensor of the tbi system? Will my distributor and coil off my tbi work? And will my knock sensor work?

2. How do i go about getting a v8 prom for a v6 computer im i going to have to get a custom prom?

3. I have a set of h.o. 305 heads the tpi intake will fit on these heads by drillin out the bolt holes just like a tbi intake right?

Ive been reading about chip burning and some other stuff and really to me it seems that maf is a better setup but everyone wants to switch to sd i remember seeing a thread that went into detail about this but cant find it now if anyone could give me some info on it or a link i would really appreciate it
