Lucky Day

Finallyyyyy get to take the iroc for a cruise !! Went through an intersection,, light was yellow so I punched it and turned red just as I went through..... Here come the BLUE LIGHTS,,,,,oh great !!! I'm gonna get a ticket,,,, **** !!!!

officer: license and registration ?

Me: I'm having trouble finding my registration (apparently not in car)

officer: let's start with your license then

me: o.k. here

officer: you ran a red light back there and you were speeding

Me: Yes, the light was yellow and I thought I had it but turned red as I passed so yes not meaning too,,, I ran the red light !!!

officer: Do you own this car Melissa ?

me: yes sir,, I do

officer: Here's your license back !!! next time stop and get your registration in car and put your seatbelt on !!

me: yes sir,,, thank you very much I appreciate it

officer: have a good day now

me: you too, sir..

thankfully,, when he ran me he noticed my excellent driving record and spared me a ticket for speeding,, running a red,, no seatbelt and registration not in possession...
Yup, Lucky day for me !!!!!!!!

Also,, there is a cop in my town who has a very nice iroc,,, it's black with electric blue on the bottom and silver decals... Beautiful car !!!! mint condition !!

Re: Lucky Day

I would have thrown the book at you for not wearing your seatbelt. What's wrong with you?
You got lucky all right.

Re: Lucky Day

I know seatbelt's save lives !!!

My friend hit a tree and the car went up in flames,, the passenger escaped and tried to free the driver who was screaming and on fire but was unable to because he couldn't get the seatbelt off and had nothing to cut it with and so my friend burned to death in the car.. A very sad night and lost a very good friend...

Just saying........
