T-5 Swap What About Key Removal?
ok...thanks to many on this board, I am in the final stages of my swap :lala:
Only thing is, I have a 90 RS, and the automatic tranny is set so you can only remove the ignition key in Park....how do I go about setting this up for my T-5?...I don't want to change the steering column.
Thanks for any help.

There is a cable that hooks to the shifter in an automatic car that doesn't allow you to remove the key. When you take out the auto shifter, you can just leave the cable pushed in, and it will allow you to be able to remove the key. I had to leave the cable disconnected when putting in my megashifter.
