t-5 question
while bringin the car back from the dealer my friend who was driving it told me that when he really got on it the entire transmission would move up , liek the shifter assembly would move up about 5 or 6 inches and then settle back when he let out of it. now my guess is the transmission mount is gone. but i was hopin someone could confirm this for me before i go out and buy one. Also since this has prolyl be happening for a while, is there anythgin else i shoudl check for wear and tear?

What he said. Mine did that and it was the tranny mount. Really easy to replace. Prolly wanna check the Torque arm mount since it isn't desinged to go to that angle. Mine was fine but it was only driven with the broke tranny mount for about 2 days.

Prothane makes a sweet replacement mount, closer to factory spec than the other guys mounts.
