Performance ATF for T5

The car is 91 Camaro RS, with the 305 TBI(LO3), and the WC T5.

I know the recommended fluid for this trans is ATF. What I'm asking is, is there a performance fluid or additive that will enhance my fluids longevity? There are many products for auto's, lucas has a few, B&M has their "trick shift" line of fluids, Royall purple has a couple, and there are others as well. Are there any of these fluids or additives that will help a manual? The focus of most of these products seems to be the bands and the valve bodies; so with the manual not having any of these parts, is there any benifit to running them?

Thanks,
Max

Royal Purple Max ATF, read their website, reduced wear on gears, better flow in colder temp, able to take higher heat

Re: Performance ATF for T5

I've heard good things about Red-Line. They have plenty of variations on atf. I know of a guy who uses it in his T5 and his appears fine .
