The price depends on the quality you want. Typically 175-300. Install may or may not be included.

The tint strip do your self. Easy.

cant help you with the winshield but i got all my windows tinted (except for my t-tops, they were already tinted)and it cost me $120. the front winshield was $20 wich was included in the 120. took em about 45 minutes if my memory serves me correctly

DON'T do it yourself! i tried that and ended up ripping it all off and bringing it to a shop. i paied $80 for the tint and it came out like $hlt, bubbles everywhere scratches from the stupid kit i had bought with the squeegie exc... not as easy as it sounds

I did my rear hatch, it came out pretty good. I removed the hatch to do it though. took 10 minutes to get off, another 20 to tint it and another 10 to reinstall it.

I also did my rear hatch 3/4 of the way... I have one strip left to lay down, ran out of time, and never bothered to get back to it (too damn cold now!) It came out good, no bubbles or anything. As to the windshield, I paid $100 to have one removed from my parts car and put onto my car- but I didn't have to buy a windshield.

Oh and I trust the V8 guys.. there's some jerks, but not many- especially under the Body & Interior board... you might find better answers there.
