I have a 1988 Camaro that had stock brakes none 1LE in the past and I have a 2001 S10 Xtreme.

If you do put the Xteme wheels on your stock Camaro brakes up front. You will need to file off some material from the rim hub, because the Camaro disc hub has a larger diameter than the Xtreme rim hub, but not much.

It didnt take up too much work to do and it works.

I dont have any picture of it, but wish I did take some.

Good luck.

Re: xtreme wheels?

the wheels in post #5 are the ZQ8 wheels i have . you can see why i like mine . as for the fit , a few passes around the center hub with a drum sander chucked in a drill is all you need . good luck .

Re: xtreme wheels?

I think they look really good. I saw a Firebird with them and I was impressed. I was really thinking of getting these wheels for my car at some point. I passed but I still like them.
