Velocity wheels or TSW???

Need everyones help on this. i finally found a nice set of rims for my bird after the discontinued my torqlites that i wanted....
first was velocity VW855a. i believe the only 18's they come in are 18x7.5... not a problem for me as i dont care much for the wide stance since i dont have the power to compensate for the tire size xP
i do not know if they come in our lug pattern since the sites ive visited dont come with the lug pattern specs. so i dont know if theyre 5x120, or 110 or whatever sizes they come in.
i looked for a site but nothing as my computers retarded.

the next set if i cant get the above rims are TSW Cadwell
ill probably get 18's x8 for the front with the 1.5 in lip and some 19's x 9.5 in the back with the 3 inch lip.
does anyone know if id have problems with either one? also if they could point me out to more info on the velocity wheels thatd be awesome.

You need to find the offset and bolt pattern for both wheels, you will most likely need a bolt on. Adapter for either of them since I'm sure they are a modern fitment and will have too much offset to fit directly on a 3rd gen

Re: Velocity wheels or TSW???

As 86TA stated, you will need adapters (2 pairs).

The bolt pattern you want is 5x120. It is a BMW bolt pattern that will fit on our cars. Just be gentle when mounting.

Re: Velocity wheels or TSW???

Alright. so find out either bolt patterns and if they dont make any i just get adaptors to make them fit. also find the backspacing right?... how much does a set of those run?

Re: Velocity wheels or TSW???

Spacers will help with the backspacing not the bolt pattern. You need a rim that comes in 5x120 or 5x120.6.

The width of the spacer you buy will depend on the amount of backspacing you want to offset/alter.
