Quick Wheel Stud Question

I'm going to get some adapters/spacers made up at motorsport tech, but I want to make sure that I make everything as solid as possible just for my own piece of mind. I am also running a 4th gen rear. My question is do I use the 100-7708 ARP studs for all four wheels? I will be using a 2" spacer on the front and just the 4th gen rear on the back. Just want to make sure those are what I need. I want to run the ARP behind the spacer for as much extra beef there that I can.

Re: Quick Wheel Stud Question

With 2", you'll be running a wheel adapter (wheel bolts to it, and it bolts to the hub) rather than a "spacer."

So those studs might be a little long. Pull a rotor and measure the thickness. The 2.5" of the ARP 100-7708 minus that measured thickness will be how far they would stick past the face of the wheel adapter. That also will help you figure how long of studs you need to buy.

Also, let motorsport tech know the o.d. of the rotor hub (so the wheel adapter can be machined to be hub-centric to the rotor) and the wheel i.d. (so the adapter can have a raised centre ring to also be hub-centric with the wheel.
