Found - 19" x 10" GTA style wheels
I'm going crazy looking for rims and although these are not what I'm looking for I have seen some are trying to get Axis OG to make an 18" version of thier GTA replica. Hope this helps someone. Have at it: http://www.finishlinewheels.com/CHEV...07/A-05024U30/

Those may look somewhat similar to GTA wheels, but are actually 19" versions of their old BMW wheels that are for retro E30 applications (and were always ugly).
19" is also a weird size - not the tire selection available as in 18", but has too little sidewall to take any abuse with a 275-30-19 tire.
