383 crankshaft

Who makes a good 3.75" w/1 main seal forged crankshaft beside Callies and Lunati ??? I find those kind of expensive.

Scat makes some good ones, but do not get the low end nodular 9000 crank that scat makes for Scoggin Dickey. It sucks!! I have had nothing but problems from mine. For a crank that's made for a 383, there are a hell of a lot of clearance problems.

Eagle and C.A.T. also make 1 pc rear seal 383 crank..(3.75" stroke and stock 350 mains) Both companies offer the cranks in "CAST STEEL", 4340 forged, and 4140 forged material. They also have them available with the counterweights profiled for 5.7" or 6" rods to solve some of the clearance problems... Eagle also GUARANTEES that you can internally balance their cranks for one hell-of-a sneeky combo!!!!!!!
