My personal favorite are the holley series mechanical pumps (either 85 or 110 GPH for a 600 CFM). They run around $65 and are highly reliable. I love edelbrock stuff and have just about everything else in edelbrock, but their pumps are overpriced and often require an adaptor plate. The holley pumps are also perfect for stock hose routing and come with all the fittings you will need, provided you decide to stick with the stock fuel line route. I like to have mine away from the block, as to avoid heating the fuel before it reaches the carb, so I used NHRA approved #304 stainless fuel line and routed it up aound the headers and to the carb without getting near any major heat sources. Don't forget to upgrade your filter system whale you are at it. Just don't use the see-through type filters, as they don't filter and are prone to cracking and leekage.

I have an SX inline. It's rated at 85gph @45psi. They say its good for 1000 hp. I love it.

Check out their website: www.essexind.com

then go to SX performance.

are you also running an in-tank? i will never use an in-line pump after what i went through unless it's a seperate setup or free flowing. thanks for the suggestion though i have heard great things about that pump.

I have heard good things about the Walbro kit from racetronix. I just ordered the GSS340M a couple days ago.
