Tire offsets

Hey does anyone know what the lagest offset I can go with for a set of aftermarket rims? I know in the front its somthing like 4.5 inches but im not too sure about the back. If anyone has any idea of what i should do Please help. Thanks.

I believe its about 5.5 all the way around.

by offset, do you mean back spacing? is taht the distance in frm the lugs or teh distance out???

sorry thats what i mean how much room behind the lugs (back spacing). give me somthing with moving parts and i can do it but the wheels and tires thing im still not good at
