Torquer vs Performer

Which one is the better intake and can a Holley 650 be bolted on to both?

I would recommend the performer if your car is mainly street driven with an auto.Give some more info on your car and we can better answer your question.

get performer rpm, or rpm air gap, whichever is more in your budget. With a 350 a performer will still be gasping for air, but with the single plane torker intake you need to have an extreme engine. The RPMs offer power and streetability, the torker offers low gas milage and less power in roms up to 3000 or 3500, but major power after 3500. the torker will not fit under a stock hood either, I don't think.
