I recently picked up a whole rotating assembly and when I went to talk to the machine shop he said he had a kid in here with the NEW degidn cap screw SIR's and said they were way out of round. He said I would like to see if this was a fluke or if your rods were the same. The next day I brought mine in and they were ALL bad. The machine shop said he doesnt like to get in the middle of customer problems but agreed to help me out even though I had not purchased the rods from his shop. He called up Eagle directly and the guy over there had said a lot of people are returning their first and second run of the new cap screw SIR's He said they were aligned without the proper torque. They said they would pay to have them shipped back and a new set delivered for free, even though I didnt buy it from this guy. I was happy about this, but when I went home I called Frank aT GOFASTSTUFF and hes like I have had numerous boxes of bad rods to come back. he said was your an older order, I'm like I just got them 3 days ago. Hes like thats weird we though the problem was fixed by now. He said if the new rods are bad, ship them back and for 75 bucks I'll send you the H beams with free shipping. So i'll keep you guys updated.

Got my new rods in and they are crap. I think Eagle will be having a recall soon on the New cap screw SIR rods. I'll keep you updated.
