RTV differences
What's the difference betwen the RTVs? like the blue, ultra blue, black, ultra black, etc. I've always used the blue RTV for everything I needed a gasket sealer for. like water jackets on intake valves, valve cover gaskets, and lately used it on an O2 sensor. Just wondering what the difference between the other RTV silicones are. Thanks.

The worst place to use RTV (silicone sealer) is near an O2 sensor!

i think you just ruined your O2 sensor..... they dont stand up to silicone... even if its "O2 sensor safe" Thread
