Where do I get a replacement clamp to hold the front of my MAF to the plastic intake? the original is shot. this is an 88 iroc with 350 TPI-Mike
Anybody? Moderator could you move this to the TPI board?
The one on the front of the mass air flow sensor, where it connects to the duct that splits into two before the filters.

Isn't it just a regular band/tightening screw clamp? Why don't you just go to home depot, buy a generic clamp, and make it fit? It might not fit into those factory grooves in the ducting, but I'm sure you can go around that.
The metal clamp probably is just a regular clamp, but I bet you're talking about both that and the rubber part that seals under the clamp. And it's probably been discontinued by GM, which is why you're having trouble locating one, assuming you've asked your dealer about it.
Have you gone to your dealer and asked? That's where I'd start. If so, and it's not available anymore, you'll probably have to make your own, as was suggested, or look for one in junkyards.
Oh, duh, have you called Tom at House of Camaro? I'm duh-ing at myself, lol. I'm one of his biggest fans, so I'm ashamed that I didn't chime in with that right away.
