Is there a difference between pre-90 tpi intake and 90-92?

Besides cold start and maf/map. Can they be interchanged? Also, where is the map on a 90-92 located? Anybody have a pic? I have a base, runners and plenum and want to know what year it's from.
Thanks.

Interchange - the parts will all bolt up, but there are some functional differences.
Plenum - 89-92/SD has 3x ports (vs 2x on 85-88) on the rear passenger side, along with a boss to bolt the MAP. Look at the bottom of the plenum... MAF has a cast passage from the TB to both sides, while a MAP has a single (EGR) passage cast to the passenger side.
Runners - passenger side is identical for all years. The driver side does not have the 9th/CSInjector, not the corresponding tube from base to plenum.

This has some comments and pictures from here.
