what would be better an eagle, scat lunatie??? it will ba a stock block 406ci turbo engine about 850 horse? please give me all your info and advice.

not looking to spend 2500 for a block now! i am looking for 800 to 850 on a t88 turbo u need to remember this is a turbo car and well on a turbo engine u control hp rating so 800 at the track on a max run will only be a few times a year. so if i dont boost it as hard it would be like 650 to 750 an the street tune or am i wrong?
