WHICH TORQUE CONVERTER?

WHAT TORQUE CONVERTER DO YOU GUYS RECOMEND?
I KNOW VIGILANTE ARE SUPPOSED TO KICK *SS, BUT I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY.
ANY CHEAPER BUT GOOD ALTERNATIVES?
DOES 2400 RPM SOUND LIKE A GOOD STALL FOR MY MODS? MOTOR WILL BE MAKING AROUND 300 HP WHEN CONVERTER IS PUT IN.
NEED LOCK-UP.

yeah 2400 sounds good to me. i've used gerr, tci, and b&m with no problems. you'll get a differant answer from everyone you ask.

I have the 12" high-stall Precision Industries converter that I bought on a GP a couple years ago for a little over $200. It's rated at 2200 rpm, but it stalls behind my 305 at around 2300-2400 rpm. It's purple just like the Vigilante.
