I have an Auburn Pro series in my 88 GTA 350 w/ 3.73's. The HP series is a steal at $100. Get it, but in the long run the Pro Series comes out on top. If you plan to beat on the car on a regular basis, the Pro series is the one for you. The HP series is good as well but the posi won't last as long. It's good for the track and everyday driving. The Pro Series has a higher spring load than the HP Series. I have installed both posi units in similar rears and the springs in the HP are smaller than the ones in the Pro Series. The Pro Series is also about $400. If you ask me the HP is worth it!!

I forgot to mention, make sure you use the limited slip additive from GM no matter which posi you decide to purchase. THIS IS A NECCESSITY!!! If you don't you will be getting a lot of chatter noise from the rear.
That chattering noise is correct. I cant get rid of it. Im getting it right now in my open rear. Im switching to 3:42 posi again 28spline
