Helm do-it-yourself manual?
Helm do-it-yourself manual?
Hope this is the right forum for this - search didn't help...
What the heck is that thing that Helm Inc. offers along with the owner manuals and the service manuals? The do-it-yourself manual? Is it really by GM? Worth getting?

I don't know about Helm Inc. but I picked up at a local parts store a Chilton full service manual. Covers just about everything for the vehicle if you do want to do it yourself. It was about 25$ and worth it.

got a link so we can see what you're talking about? I can't say that I've heard of Helm, I've had success with my Haynes and Chilton's manuals, the Haynes manual has better illustrations. Also, ebay seller djs (there's a recent thread about him) sells GM service manuals for a decent price, I just got mine and has a ton of info.
