I wanted to chime in to say we never recieved any complaints from you on the hood I would love to see the pics when you get a chance. From our outlook to our customers I want to make you happy, please be fair and call us before you get on a public forum with a "WARNING" to something you have not even called or tried to fix with us first.Please feel free to call me in the office I look forward to trying to help you get this fixed.
