What to do first?

I plan on installing Spohn's SFC, but I'm not really sure of the location of the install....

Does it sit above the exhaust or below?

I was planning on installing Flowtech Headers w/ a Hooker Cat-Back, along with a shift kit for the tranny from TransGo and a posi unit, but I don't want to end up putting on the SFC and then not be able to get to any of that stuff.

Basically, I'm trying to formulate a plan of attack, and I don't want to paint myself in a corner.

SFC's install above the exhaust, on the frame. It wont hinder removing anything in any way.

The ends bolt to the front of the rear lower control arms, meaning only one possible position. I had alittle trouble getting the passenger side SFC over my Edelbrock Y Pipe, but me and the muffler shop guy were able to get it in there by pulling down on the Y pipe and softly hammering it into place.
