Tpi Siamesing?

What ahve you guys heard about siamesing...give me some pros and cons. ANd no i dont wanna buy an aftermarket intake like super ram.....too much money right now. I like the torque but i think i can make good horse with siamesed intake and runners/plenum with a 52 mm TB and ram air. Let me know what you guys think.

Well, I have slp runners that are siameased and I knew they weren't doing me to much good so I took my plenum cut off the lips behind the TB bottom and sides. opened up the siameased runners some more and siameased them a little deeper then siameased the plenum to match and opened it up some.. Also grinded down everything thing in the plenum. can't explain it to well without pics, but if you take yours off and look in there, there is all kinds of small restrictive areas.. Then I matched the gaskets to the runners and the plenum.. and smoothed everything out very well so the air just slides around in there.. I did everything with a drimel, the flexible extension for the drimmel cutting wheels sanding wheels and sand paper.. I took about a month working a couple hours a day(but im a perfectionist).. It now pulls past the dead zone (4500RPM) and pulls harder from around 2600rpm on up than it did before..

This website might have some answers to your questions. The top link is a dyno on a stout 350.

If you have a 305, i don't think it would be worth it, could kill all of your torque, and you could end up going slower.
