Summit Racing

I have never had a problem with any online performance parts suppliers as of yet but I have to say that Summit Racing is my favorite. I have ordered things from them before but lately they have been great. I ordered an AutoXray 5000 scan tool (which is also a great product) from them recently and got it in 5 days. And just this week I ordered a chrome tranny pan and fuel pressure gauge and it arrived in 2 days with standard shipping! Considering they are based in Ohio and I am located in South Carolina I am very impressed.

I live in Cali, and most of my shipments (about 90%) arive in 1-2 days, otherwise 3. Never using Jegs again after last week...

Summit Rules!

I too bought from Summit years ago for a 79 camaro that turned out to be pretty fast, and now I can't wait to order more parts for my IROC from them. They haven't messed up or missed a delivery yet!!

I bought just about everything from Summit for my build up and haven't had one complaint. They are the best. The only problem I had was one of the Trick Flow heads I bought had smaller springs than I ordered. It was a good 8 months after I bought them that I noticed and they still had all the order info on file. They wanted me to send the head back, but since I had already bolted the head on, they sent the correct springs instead. Summit owns Trick Flow, btw.

Yeah they have awsome service there. I will use them for all the "high" performance parts now. I had 2 bad experiances with JEGs and I will buy only summit and P.A.W. now.

Why are you blaming Summit for a UPS mistake? I've dealt with Summit 15-20 times and they are my favorite to deal with.

I live in Mass, and I get boxes next day sometime! With Ground shipping!

I've always been impressed with their service, prices, and selection. All I have to say bad is, stay away from their Summit brand digital gauges! You can only see them at night lol

I use to live about 25 minutes from their Akron location. They have expanded the showroom floor space. If you ever drive close to Akron, Ohio, you got to stop by and see their display area, totally awesome!!!!

Also, their customer service is great! Never a problem.

Once I bought Trick Flow heads and one of the vavle springs broke. I went over there and bit**ed nicely. They check what I ordered from them over the last two years and simply gave me a new box of valve springs from a better manufacturer, (and I only wanted one).

Really, the next day? I live in Mass, and ordered like 30 times
from them. Not once did it come the next day on ground
shipping! You must be the lucky one! LOL

I can usually get them within 3-4 days, that's it. Nothing
sooner.

I have to say, Summit always does me right! they sent me a few wrong parts and overnighted the correct ones to me! If I have to pay a little more to get the parts through summit, I will. Customer service is way worth it!
