Hawks Headliner Kit is a no show
I ordered a Hawks headliner kit just over four weeks ago and so far I am not impressed. No order confirmation via email, no tracking number, and my time estimate was supposed to be two to four weeks. All I know is they charged my credit in less then 24 hours and I have no headliner kit four weeks later. I emailed them on wednesday for status and no response.
I work sixty hours a week and have no time to call and beg them to send me my parts. Everytime I try to order from one of these independent companies on the net it just becomes a hassle to get what you paid for. The only reason I ordered from them and not a year one or next gen is the postive comments about them listed on this board. I sure wish I could share in that experience.
Every single time with these damn independents it is a pain.

I would give them a call, leave a message if it's after hours. If it becomes a further hassle, take a few minutes during lunch to call and speak to Bruce, he has always been able to help anyone here with shipping troubles.

Ordered some seat upholstery from them a couple months ago, noticed that their communication is somewhat lacking but the final result was excellent, correct special color and the covers fit and looked great. Some of this type product is special made upon receipt of the order so I suppose it could take 4 or 6 weeks.

I am having a problem with the headliner I ordered from 1AAuto. They told me the manufacture was waiting on a shipment of the abs material and was going to work trough the weekend to get them sent out. Apparently the first batch ofabs was no good, and they got the good stuff in like thurs. I would bet yours is coming from the same place and this is the problem you are having.
You may try and contact Hawks and see what they say.

You also have to remember that Hawk's recently had a death in the so called "family". I know business is business, but I'm sure things have been rough down there. I'd give bruce a call. I don't beleive you don't have time to make a call.
....even still no one is perfect. Hawk's has a reputation for being VERY good with their customer service, but still, they're going to have occasionaly problems.
