Does anybody know what type of rims these are, and the brand . I know the angle of the picture is not the best....

I've looked at buying them 4 times now. ROH ZS's @ jdwheels.com. I've bought 3 sets of wheels from them now over a 7 year span and have NEVER been dissapointed. Great prices and service.
