Iv decided at this point it would be cheaper for me to cover it up with a bra. I just dont have the time or money to get into a project like that just yet.

The bumper covers for 1990 and earlier have been gone for years, but '91/'92 were still available new from GM about a year ago. So I just called my local dealer about this, and you're right, they're gone now. But this is recent, so you should still be able to find new ones available online from various sources.
But these were extremely expensive anyway. So if money's an issue, you better look for a used one... or go with the bra.
