Hawks Third Gen

Outstanding customer service!! I drove there to pick up about $1200 worth of 3rd gen equipment and saw there shop and people that work for the hawkins. There staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help me in any way I need it, the work place very is clean and organized. All the parts no mater if they where used or new were treated carefully and stored nicely away. For the Hawkins them self's they were very accommodating, allowing me to watch them work and see first hand what goes on behind what you see and know of there internet site. If you didn't know, these people are hard at work and doing there best to satisfy customer needs everyday. I found this out first hand and in person.

Pretty much I walked out of there with everything I needed/wanted. The only draw back was that I had a budget or else I would have driven back home with lots more stuff!

Two thumbs ups for Hawks third-gen!

Re: Hawks Third Gen

I have dealt with them twice. I purchased carpet, which seemed ok. I recieved it within 3 days and it looks like good qaulity. Second item was door panels. That is a **** poor product. Unfortunitly people judge a co by what they sell. Noone will say"xyz cu holders suck". They say the co that sells them sucks.

I've dealt with them countless times and never had a problem. "Most" people will tell you the same thing, but at the end of the day, no company is perfect.

...what door panels did you get? Mine where pretty darn OE exact!

Re: Hawks Third Gen

ive dealt with hawks before. customer service was excellent and they shipped my order exactly as promised. though i dont have enough money to go through them as much as id like to, they have a very satisfied customer here!

i should also add that the door panels they sent me were AWESOME quality. although i did have to cut out the holes for the arm rests and handles which was a pain in the a$$ but they told me that up front

Re: Hawks Third Gen

i think Bruce has done a very good job in his buisness. i mean think about it, we all like tinkering with our thirdgens but how many of us are good enough to make a living at it? this is a very specialized market, not a lot of people are dying to get ahold of parts for cars that were made over 20 years ago. i hope Hawks stays around long enough to see thirdgens raise in value like the 60's muscle cars. with Bruce at the helm, i dont see any reason why they wont!

Re: Hawks Third Gen

I have to agree Hawks is an excellent company to deal with.I recently made a purchase and there was a missing part when I received it.I contacted them and received a reply from Mr. Hawkins that it would be taken care of and they did.
They can't help if quality of parts from thier suppliers is not good but if you don't notify them,or any company,of the problem it's kind of hard to have it taken care of.

Same here, no problems with multiple orders from them, including door panels.

Nope, they come with perforations in the backing that allow you to punch them out, but no holes in the panels whatsoever. Customize as you need to.

Re: Hawks Third Gen

I ordered a dual fan set up from them. I asked for the wiring harness and a foot of it so that I can splice it in. I got the package a 3 days later, but with no harness. I Called them up, and they over nighted it to me. Very good customer service. I would def. go back to them nect time I need some stuff....

Re: Hawks Third Gen

I've said it before, and Ill say it again, ive never had a single problem with Hawks. Ive been there numerous times, with my buddys and all the staff is very helpful and friendly. Bruce treated us like family when we came up the first time.

Hell if they'd open a hawks near me, I'd quit my job and go try to work for them.

Another point i'd like to make is, I'll never put ANY companys logo on any of my cars, unless I believe in their products and services.. and well...

that should say it all.
