BBK Performance - Bryan
I recently purchased (November 07) a BBK Throttle Body from a vendor off ebay. Needless to say after installing the unit I started to have tons of problems with the car. After changing just about everything under the sun we realized that the TB had a hair line crack in it and was dumping antifreeze on my IAC.
Contacted the vendo and he did not respond (until today). So when I did not get an immediate response I contacted Bryan at BBK. The asked for proof of purchase and replaced the TB without any hassel.
Customer service like this is what makes a company great. Bryan and BBK are top notch in my book and I would recommend anytime.
Thanks Bryan!!!!

Re: BBK Performance - Bryan
Well the customer service at BBK just keeps getting better. After receiving my replacement Throttle Body I still had problems with an antifreeze leak. It appears that for some reason the BBK TB will not make a flush seal on my car.
So I contacted BBK and they had fed ex pick up the new and old unit and get this... They contacted the original shop where I purchased the first unit from and authorized them to issue me a refund.
Wow!!! Here I thought I was going to be stuck with a TB I can not use.
Thanks Bryan and Sarah at BBK!!!!!

Very valid point; however the part should function as designed and not fail when you try to do a "stock type" replacement.
