So I ordered some weatherstripping from Hawks. The GM stuff, the 6 piece kit. I have to say I have NO idea what these guys are up to but the next time I receive a shipping notification via email I better damn well have to wait at least a day before its delivered! I mean come on, I get the email (the next business day after ordering) that it was shipped and then I get home to find a box waiting for me. Now I have been completely deprived of the anxious exileration of rushing home the next day to find my new toys. I didnt even have a chance to get butterflies in my stomach.

Oh well, I will have to try them again and see what happens!

Oh and of course I got raped for the GM parts (thanks GM!) but the lady on the phone had a sweet voice so...its all good.

They shipped my order last week pretty quick too. I was expecting in Wednesday and it arrived on Monday.

 

I ordered a tail light on lunch and got a call the next day that the only one they had had a very small chip in it. The guy sent pix of it to my email before shipping out the part. To be honest, even wiht the high resolution picture I couldn't see the chip. Its pretty cool that they call about that rather than just shipping it out the door if its all they have. I'm also ordering 45lbs worth of bumper parts so lol I do expect shipping to take the average 3 to 5 days. Well the parts are out of their hands and into the hands of Ups. So far I'm pleased with the low prices and great customer service. Yeah and the fact that most all of those guys own 3rd gens rocks. Love their Firehawk but it needs to be red like my bird
