Just want to tell you guys these people must be a fu**in scam. Ordered some silicone couplers through them and never recieved them. Contacted them twice via ebay messages and they never responded. Called and left messages and never got anything back. It's almost been 2 weeks and i've filed a claim with paypal/ebay to hopefully get my money back from these *****. Thought they'd be a good place to do some business with...was dead wrong. One thing i can't stand is waiting on parts, waiting on parts that never come is 100x worse. just needed to vent, i needed this crap 2 weeks ago and still don't got anything. Ordered through a different company tonight.

 

FWIW Columbia River Mandrel Bending comes highly recommended on other forums... Before now I've never seen anything bad posted about them. Weird.

 

i just got off the phone with them today, ive called them a couple times the past few days and they answer the phone everytime. placed a pretty big order so ill let ya know how it goes. call and ask for adam, hes the owner

Paypal must of got a hold of them. I got a full refund and they messaged me saying "out of stock." If it's out of stock delete the posting on fleabay.

I may have been a bit harsh I'll admit, but damn, i was sick of waiting for a response and just needed some silicone! They really do have alot of product, maybe from now on i'll order items over the phone if they answer.

 

what couplers did you order... i ordered a couple myself off their webiste. they take out of stock items off their site pretty quick. i needed to order some bends that were on the site and when i went back they were gone. called them about it and adam the owner told me when they would be available and put them back on the site so that i could add them to my order.

everyone on ebay seems to take FOREVER to respond to stuff that is annoying, i try to call places if at all possible, they answered all three times i called

 

Don't feel like it was too harsh. It states in Ebay's policies that unless noted, the item for sale MUST BE IN STOCK. I have no sympathy for places that sell a bazillion things on ebay and then get negative feedback when telling their paying customers that the item was not available. Its called inventory control. Just because they operate online and whatnot, doesn't mean you didn't deserve an email, a phone call, or an explanation!

I've been burned by this once and I get really tired when I hear stories like this... Companies or sellers shouldn't use other people's bank accounts as temporary loans unless they'd like to pay interest!
