Anyone experienced with these? I am trying to find out if they are decent visors and if so, how to pick the right color for my ride. I've got a 91 Z28 with the "grey" interior; but not sure if charcoal or medium dark grey is the right color...

Cool, thanks. I wonder what the right color is. Do the RPO codes list the original interior color?

Yes, the RPO codes should have the interior color. Just figuring out which code it is though. You can always just punch them into the decoder thing that you can get from this site and find out.

Re: Hawks Sunvisors
I got a headliner / sun visor set from hawks. It's the same one that everyone else sales (1aauto etc). I know 1A Auto will send out color sample material for carpet and door panels, they may do the same for headliner material if you aren't sure on the color.

For the sun visors specifically, I think they fit fine. Look like the stock ones. Only thing I'm not happy about with them is they weren't made side dependent. So on one side you will have the tightener screw showing on the outside, and on the other side you will not.

As for the headliner itself, the glue in mine is starting to loose adhesive after only 8 months. I've already contacted Hawks about it and they said that the headliners have a lifetime warranty on but they aren't the fastest in the world on replacements. I sent pictures in a week ago and all I have heard back is "we forwarded the pictures to the manufacturer and will let you know". I'm not to concerned about it atm because I'm in the middle of an engine swap and some other stuff and not driving the car currently, but if I don't hear something back about it soon I'll start to get a little annoyed. It should be a simple replace it no questions asked if it truly has a lifetime warranty. Not a week+ long dilemma.

Oh and just to note, Hawk's did say that the manufacturer has changed their glue since I purchased mine to keep this issue from happening in the future.

Their t-top visors are unique for left & right... obviously, they'd have to be. They fit great, and look great. The only complaint that you'll hear from folks (myself included) is that no matter how tight you make them, they still turn down on their own.
