I ordered a flowmaster muffler to complete my cat back, and its been 1 1/2 month since it was shipped. Yes, 7 WEEKS! I have never had such an experience, nor have I ever waited this long for items twice the size of a muffler. Two weeks max. Even though Im in Germany, there is no way it should take this long. When I call and email them they say they have no tracking number. They advertise that you can track your order to your door, but without that tracking number theres no telling where the hell the muffler is. They wont even track it untill it has been 3 months! Nobody should have to wait this long. As much as I like Summit, Im considering Jegs for my next order...

Overseas orders are normally shipped by US Air mail, not by UPS. US Airmail usually costs 1/3 the amount UPS charges for international shipments.

US Airmail does not use tracking numbers like UPS does. I'm sure this is frustrating for you, but when you live in Germany, I guess you just gotta be patient.

Plus did you order through an APO? Could be stuck in th APO system.
