I ordered a IROC rim and I was very happy with the service and turn around time. Good doing business with Jim in Tampa.

I've bought stuff from them too... He actually took the time to send me a battery hold down bracket for $2.00. He even put in a new bolt... I know its kind of rinky dink, but that is one extra detail in my car that I don't have to worry about anymore...

Their customer service is great. I bid on a power window motor but lost that bid...I had the second highest bid. He emailed me anyway to offer me another power window motor for the price of my bid.

For the guy to match the offer on a second bid and to add the bolt on the battery hold down shows me that they take the customer very serious and they care.

I agree, I've had nothing but good experiences dealking with them. The only problem I had was that a fender I bought turned out to be aftermarket, but without being a body expert you probably couldn't have seen it. Aside from that everything has been great. As far as I can tell, they're real picky about only selling quality goods, which is a great trait for a seller to have when it comes to your car.

Those guys Andy and Jim at thirdgenparts are the best, they were the only guys that could find me a near mint conditon steering wheel and an almost new cargo cover. The only thing to beat that was the price, it didn't leave a hurting in my pocket. To top it off these guys rock, They can come through on alot of items that other companys can't and you can't beat the price. The best prices around. Oh they also got the sharpest emblems around, there stainless steel Iroc emblems, very sharp looking, fit perfect in the place of the orginal ones. You guys got to check them out. I will always do business with them.

I had a stripped gear in my hatch pulldown assembly and couldn't get it anywhere without buying the whole thing for over $100.I e-mailed thirdgen parts and one of the guys took apart an old pulldown assembly and sent me the gear for free!
