ive read a few posts and have surmised this:
Bad quality, bad customer service.
read around, its up there. but then again, ive never ordered from them.
I was going to order from ASCD...
ive heard ASCD has good fitting hoods, and somewhat good customer service. people ordering from them appear happy, from what ive read... but ive had no personal experience.

Bad Customer Service, Bad Quality Hoods, High Price, GREAT LOOKS!
Thats about it. It seems pretty rare that someone has a good quality hood (Scauffiel), but most of us, have had terrible hoods. eg. Me.. Wruth.
