Hi,

I've heard a lot of complaints with Proform distributors, that being said, I've been running one on my '69 Camaro SS now for 2 or 3 years with no problems. Personally, I'd reccommend them, but like I said I have seen other's whom are not as fond of them.

1997 Chevrolet Camaro SS # 379
1992 Pontiac Firebird Formula
1973 Chevrolet Camaro RS/Z28
1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS 350

Short of my family, there was nothing I enjoyed seeing more than the sun shine down on the black #3 car.

I'm old enough to know better, but still too young to care!--Wade Hayes

There's a post about Proform on the Aftermarket Parts board. Check it out. The small cap Proform HEI distributor I ordered from Jegs was a piece of junk. The module blew five seconds after startup and the base plate separated from the main shaft while trying (in vain) to get the car to run right. Your call but I'll never buy another part from Proform.
