Steering Column Services (.com)
So, the bearings in my tilt column **** the bed on me this morning. I spent some time trying to track some new ones down and my searches led me to steeringcolumnservices.com. They have a full breakdown of all the parts for our columns, but the diagram is a bit confusing. I called at about 12 EST on a SATURDAY and spoke to a gentleman named Doug who explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what I was getting myself into. I purchased the part from their website a few minutes ago, so they haven't come in yet. Regardless, I want to commend them on their excellent customer service. Call them or give their site a visit if you have questions about your column.

Interesting site... Too bad the instructions cost money to view though.

Update:
I placed my order at noon on Saturday the 20th. According to USPS shipping info, it was sent out TWENTY MINUTES LATER! Not only were they available to talk to on a Saturday, they shipped the part EXTREMELY fast. Good on you, SCS!
