I ordered one on their 2/22/22 sale and while I got a receipt, I have had absolutely no communication with them. Their customer support is completely non-existant.

I have had response from email customer support. I finally called and found out that my order was being held for pinch weld pucks. She changed my order to partial shipment. I got the jacks in three days. Still waiting on pucks.

 

I just ordered the 5000TL jacks, but I got them through costco. They were running a sale on them for $1299 and I didn't have to interface with quickjack directly. Shipping on costco said 15-20 business days, but I got it in like 4 days

 

I ordered mine direct from quick jack. ....first box arrived in about a week. Had some issues with the remaining two boxes and once I called them.....they were extremely helpful, and had the matter resolved in a few more days.
