I just ordered my Taylor wires from them on Friday and received the wires on Thursday. Less than a week, I like that! I will definately do business with them again...

Yep. Thunder Racing is great. Very rarely do you find a company whose management truly care about satisfying the customer. Thunder Racing is one of those.

BTW, living in Texas is great, everything I order from them is delivered within 2 days!

I am not too sure

I ordered my Kenny Brown STB from Thunder. I got the complete run around. They couldn't seem to find out why it wasn't shipped etc. After I called Kenny Brown directly, I finally got someone at Thunder to check, and it was finally tracked down. All and all it took them two and a half weeks to get my brace to me

Hey guys! Thanks for the nice words and I apologize to those who have seen shipping delays. Even though we have carried some third gen parts for a while, we are just now trying to back-fill our inventory with all of the items that are requested more often. Our third gen business has picked up a bit this year with our new web page and also sponsoring this site , and we are working to gauge what parts will will need to stock to ensure quick delivery.

Thanks!

Angie

I just ordered some HAWK HPS front brake pads for my car. Someone told me they ship pretty quick and they didn't say anything about them not being in stock on their website. So hopefully they will come this weekend so I can get my car out.

Negative

Ordered some PA Tubular A-arms 14 days ago. Haven't seen them yet and still no reply from an email asking for order update 2 days ago. I'm sure they're trying but.....

After reading the Hawks Sucks thread I decided to call the manufacturer direct. They quickly told me it was going out today, we'll see. Unfortunatly it is normally a 2 day deal from their locale to mine with standard UPS Ground (and they don't run on Sat here) so it looks like another wasted weekend.
Now for this item on other sites like Hawks they tell you 2-4 weeks drop ship. Had I known it would be no problem but I was told it would be 5 days.

As a side note if you need info on an order call Thunder instead of email. Angie from Thunder told me they get about 150 emails a day and it's about impossible to answer all of them quickly. I probably had an uninformed or overeager salesman when told it would take 5 days for the built-to-order tubular a-arms.

PA may had to build yours, but they usually keep a few sets in stock. I purchased a set and had them here in only 4 days thru Thunder.

Yes, I ordered my Random Tech high flow cat from them and a lady named Angie helped me with my order (im not sure if it's the same Angie who has replied to this post or not) and was very helpfull!! It was my first time ordering online so I was freaked out something was going to go wrong but she insured me everything was fine and that it was going to be deliverd on time, and it was. Thanks Angie!
