HSR fuel lines pics, best cam & inst. manual?

I just received my HSR intake, I bought it used, and have been searching all day for an installation manual, [B]and pics of the fuel lines setups[B/], without luck. Where can I get the complete manual?

I was wondering if anyone has routed the fuel lines in the front of the intake. I also would like to know how to install the fuel pressure regulator.

Last question, if you hava a HSR what is the cam you are using, I would like to swap my cam when I put this intake.
I have a 383 with TFS 195 heads and 214, 220 cam. My diferential ratio is 3.73.

Please post pics of your fuel lines routing, specially ones routed to the front of the intake.

I wouldn't think you would want to route the fuel lines into the front. That will cause the regulator to not be the last point in the circuit. If you get a hot day the possibility of boiling and getting "air locked" on 1/2 of one rail .
the way I see it the fuel is pushed all the way through both rails before exiting via the regulator. That would purge any air very quickly. Will help if you ever run out of gas.
Isn't that why bypass systems came into use?

Don't know if it really matters for the few cycles it may take to get those couple of cylinders to fire on vapors. The air "should" go through the injectors at some point.
Anyone had experience running fuel lines into dead end rails?
Would clear that up for me anyway.

I ran my lines to the rails for the back. The rails were the end of the circuit and I had no problems.

yea finally got it. like most things on the car ive found out it isnt hard at all. once you understand what you need to do (mainly i had to learn all about the AN fittings) its not bad.

i did have to buy the 37 degree flaring tool and a couple attmepts at getitng the correct fititngs but piece of cake!

i would recommend anyone swapping a HSR to get on their backs, cut the lines down on the framerail somewhere and make nice braided lines

What fittings are those and what is the tool you used? I would like to do this. Also, is it possible to just run a braided line right from the inline fuel filter for the feed line?

you need a 37 degree flaring tool, tube nuts and sleeves (-6AN feed, -5AN return), -6AN male to male adapter, -6AN male to -5AN male adapter, what ever hose ends you want to use (i used 4 straight ends), and of course braided hose.

you can run braided line from whereever you want but i dont know what fittings you would need to install directly onto the filter.
