Modified LT1 question
I bought a modified LT1 setup from someone and recieved it yesterday. The TB bores were ported a little and the middle section was cut out. The little passage that i'm assuming is used for the IAC was cut into and is no longer isolated. Will this make any difference in performance, idle, or vacuum?

Would you happen to know if the the HSR and miniram requires a LT1 or TPI TB? I am probably going to send this intake back and keep the throttle body. It came with a bbk 58mm TB. How can i tell the difference between a TPI and LT1 tb?

If the TB is stripped down it is more difficult to tell the difference.

All the TPI and LT1 tb's will bolt up the same way. What you want is the correct TB for your car...
