I'm using a 180-degree thermostat (same as with the SLP runners and Edelbrock base) and have the fan to come on around 190 degrees. I don't have a fan switch for the other fan, just a manual switch on the dash.

Yep, 180 degree stat. I like the HSR so far, but haven't been out to the dyno or track yet. Car should be out of the body shop soon...

I don't run one...I have a stand alone unit for the fans. 190* would be good for the temp switch.
We want pics on those heads! You wouldn't want to trade for 180cc AFRs would you....j/k.

i have a 180 degree thermostat and i have a manual adjustible fan control. i ahve it set around 190 or so. Depends where i'm running around town or at the strip. so i can adjust from under the hood.

kinda late, but I am using the thermostat housing from a 90 TBI car with plugs in the sensor holes, 160stat with the ECM programmed to turn on the fan at 170.
