i've heard 6-8 degrees... one thread was talkin about 6 and another one was sayin it was 8 degrees drivers side. either 6-8 would work i'm sure.

why buy one when you can make one? Mmm, 3* is a big diff. (to me anyways) when I machine stuff I like to keep a tight spec. down to a thousandth if I can.

where do you go about buying 1/4inch aluminum plates to make a spacer?

yeah keeping tight specs are good but the thickness of the gasket will be enough to make up for the 1-2 degree difference. thats the only reason it needs the slant is to stop oil leaks out of that distributor hole. but like i said, i have heard 6 or 8 degrees. i'd do more research to be sure but i think 6 and the gasket would be enough to keep leaks out

I'll prob use barstock and cut it down to 1/4 and then toss it in the CnC.

the angle is 5*
i had asked this question to the former owner of www.lt1intake.com and he had told me it was cut at a 5* angle with the high side being 1/4".
