Car: 88 iroc vert undergoing resto
Engine: 5.0 tpi
Transmission: beefy 700r4 rdeglcltch vetserv t/go
Axle/Gears: g92 b/w
1988 tb to 1989 tb
so I have a chance to get a 58 mm bbk tb for dirt cheap only problem is my car is an 88.. and this tb is for the 89 and new cars .... so reading around here it seems like a a new throttle cable is all I need.. don't care about coolant bypass.. but I do have an 700r4 is the tv cable the same how about the cruise control cable?? thanks I looked and looked

Maybe its the coolant bypass many throttle body's are good for 85-92 so I would think the throttle body would be the same
