t-tops
I just fixed mine last week. NO LEAKS now. Pull the stripping back from the body and you will probably find that the sealant has gaps in it. Carefully pull the stripping loose. Don't tear it and use Black RTV Gasket Sealer to re-adhere the weatherstripping. Use it liberally, but don't let it get all over the place. Smooth it down with a wet finger. Remove the t-tops and run a bead along the flange where the t-top inserts. Cover the end of the t-top with saran plastic wrap and replace the t-top. The plastic wrap will keep the glass from sticking and form the bead to a good seal. Also seal along the front and back of the t-bar center support. Make sure the drip pieces on the outside of the t-tops are secure and well adhered also. They direct the downflow of water away from the upper window channel. Good Luck!!
