Well I'm counting down the days until my new rims come in from american racing. They should be on my car by May 15th. They are TT2 17x9.5 fronts and 17x11 rears. What would be the best way to make these new rims last a long time and stay really shiney? I don't exactly want to "test" any different brands of rim cleaner on these rims since I don't want to destroy them by using the wrong type of cleaner/polish. I belive the stock IROC rims on my car are made out of the same stuff aren't they? I have this MAG wheel cleaner stuff that comes in a black spray bottle (can't remember the brand I think it started with an M) it works awesome on my IROC rims but its corrosive as hell it it hurts your lungs just breathing when you are putting the stuff on your rims. Would I be able to use this same stuff on the new rims? I don't want to take any chances with damaging them. Thanx

Don't put any kind of polish or wax on them, as they contain abbrasives and will dull and scratch the shine. Carnuba Wax is safe and will protect. I've found windex ammonia free works well to clean them.
