Nah dude, theres this stuff my dad had laying around. Best stuff ive EVERY used and ive used a LOT of stuff. It was called Westleys White wall wheel and tire cleaner or something. says on the back its safe for any kind of tire or rim. that stuff i swear is g0d. On my old firebird (first car) the guy had litterally never cleaned his rims. he had the stock silver spider web type thingy, it was comepletly BLACK. i washed it with soap and a hose 3 times, almost no difference. got 3 different rim cleaners from the store and nothing worked. then my dad came out with this westleys stuff, sprayed a tiny bit on a rag and made a line, it shined like no other just spray this stuff all over ur rim and take a few paper towels to it, garuntee the shine myself

Yeah its the best for cleaning white walls (yuk) or raised white letters (nasty), but watch that stuff on some polished unprotected aluminum wheels. It will leave some bad spots on them.

Yep, that's why I don't use Bleche White anymore, not good for the polished wheels.
