Crack in paint on nose....help!

Okay, as I went out to fix my noisy lifter, i noticed this 3 inch like bubble in the paint on my nose. How can I fix it? Do I have to strip it down and paint it again? Im afraid to drive it for making it worse and ending up with those *** awful pieces of yellow in my nose like my camaro. I am not happy, but how do you guys recommend I fix it.

That and I had a nut or a rock or something hit my cowl a day or so ago. I heard it bouce once (methinks it hit the nose) and then hit the cowl, leaving a nice chip in the paint there. I beleive it was a nut a squirrel dropped, my message to that squirrel, I know where you live, and if I see you in the road, I will make no attempt to avoid hitting you

Your best bet is to pop that bubble and sand it down with super fine grain and re paint it, ive had to do the same thing before, except it was on the front left fender.
